We are able to set up and operate our business at indoor and outdoor events. For any outdoor events we do have our electricity power (battery with inverter or power generator).

Please note that if possible, we would require you to give us some notice ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

We are operating as a legitimate business and we comply with current legislation that include:

  • Public, employers and employees liability insurance certificates up to £10 million
  • Health and safety documentation
  • Gas and electricity safety (policies, risk assessments, fire risk assessments)
  • Written scheme of examination for all pressurized systems
  • Food safety management system
  • Food hygiene training certificate
  • Written allergen information on all unpackaged products
  • Food hygiene level 2 certificate for employees

The size of our stall varies according to the event. For example at festivals and outdoor events we require a 3m x 3m space and indoor 2m x 2m space.
The outdoor stall, with tent measurement requires 3m x 3m, while our indoor stall requires 2m x 2.5m

We can also set up a permanent Viennese wagon 3.5m x 2m.
